Hazard Analysis Critical Control Point (HACCP)
We developed a food safety program based on HACCP defined by the Food Act 1981 (as amended in 1996) as a program designed to identify and control food safety risk factors in order to establish and maintain food safety risk factors in order to establish and maintain food safety.

Van Dyck Fine Foods Ltd is also a registered exporter and dairy exporter and complies with section 55 of the animal products act 1999.

Woolworths Quality Assurance (WQA) Standard                                             

As an approved supplier of Woolworths, in 2009 we have developed a new food safety programme to meet their WQA standard. This involves extensive auditing every 6 months covering areas such as good manufacturing practice, cleaning procedures, corrective action and other aspects of product supply.

HALAL License
In 2005 Van Dyck Fine Foods was approved by the N.Z. Islamic Processed Food Management.  We process all food and ingredients according to the Shariah of Islam.  Our factory is inspected regularly at random by New Zealand Islamic Processed Food Management.
