Our 100% gluten free crepes are very light, healthy, tasty and enjoyed by all however, are most appreciated by customers allergic to gluten. There is little difference in taste between a gluten free crepe and a plain crepe.
We recommend heating them slightly before rolling or folding to give the crepe better flexibility.
These authentic crepes are suitable for diabetics, vegetarians and coeliacs. A very healthy low fat product.
Fill them with jam, cream or fresh fruits for breakfast. Or serve them with a light sauce, veges, meat or seafood for lunch or dinner.
