PIZZA - LINIS
METHOD
Thaw the desired amount of Van Dyck Blinis.
SAUCE
Preheat oven to 180°C.
Place blinis on a baking tray.
Cover each blini with chutney.
Top with a slice of mushroom.
Scatter with sliced red onion and chorizo.
Dot with ricotta and grated mozzarella.
Place blinis in preheated oven for 10 minutes, or until cheese has melted.
Remove from oven.
TO SERVE
Transfer blinis to a serving platter.
Serve warm.

100g Mushrooms, thinly sliced
100g Chorizo, thinly sliced
1/2 Red Onion, thinly sliced
100g Mozzarella
