PLAIN CREPES




CHEESE CHICKEN CRAN CREPE


METHOD


Thaw the desired amount of Van Dyck’s Plain Crepes.


CHICKEN


Heat oil in a pan.


Add onion to the pan, fry until the onion soften.


Add diced chiken, fry until the chicken is well cooked.


SAUCE


In a microwave safe bowl, mix together the cream cheese, finely grated tasty cheese and 100 g of Barkers “Cranberry and Orange” jelly.


Season to taste with salt and pepper.


Heat in a microwave for 2 minutes.


Mix in the chicken so it is coated in the sauce.


TO SERVE


Heat the desired amount of Van Dyck Plain Crepes.


Smear the mixture on one half of the crepe.


Smear avocado on the other half of the crepe.


Fold in half to encase the ingredients.


Sprinkle with tasty cheese and grill till the crepe is crispy.


Serve with kumera chips and light sour cream.
